Specialising in waterfront properties, predominantly in the unit and apartment sector, Grant caters to a diverse clientele, ranging from investors to owner-occupiers, and has successfully sold some of the finest real estate offerings on the Sunshine Coast. For the past seven years, Annalise has dedicated herself to the real estate sector, where her unwavering commitment and wealth of knowledge shine through in her position as the Business Manager at Whisker Coastal Property.

Her responsibilities encompass contract management, accounts, advertising, payroll, and ensuring office compliance. Showcasing extensive organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail, Annalise also serves as Executive Assistant to Grant Whisker, working alongside Grant as a Licensed Real Estate Agent.  

With a naturally caring and empathetic disposition, Annalise exudes enthusiasm for guiding clients through the intricacies of the sales process. She takes immense pride in conducting every transaction with the utmost professionalism and precision.

Devoting herself wholeheartedly to her role, Annalise's passion for selling real estate on the Sunshine Coast is palpable. Having pursued a sea change not long ago, she finds joy assisting others in securing their slice of the idyllic lifestyle available in Mooloolaba.

Having experience in various sales and management roles, Kieran has developed a firm understanding of the importance of customer service. With his background as a national-level competitive swimmer, qualities like hard work, discipline and determination are second nature to him.

Kieran was College Captain in Grade 12, graduated with an Overall Position 3 and has since attained a Diploma in Science, as well as other qualifications and certificates. He is highly goal-orientated and driven, having a strong desire to continuously improve himself and the service that he provides to clients.

Kieran is also empathetic to client needs and finds purpose in his work through providing professional service with old fashioned values. Guided by his faith and strong moral principles, values such as integrity, honesty and humility are central to the way that he works.

After living on the Sunshine Coast since 2007, Kieran loves to see the area thrive and help others to find their place in one of the most beautiful spots in the country.

Daniel Christianson

At just 19 years old, Daniel brings a fresh perspective and a dedicated work ethic to the real estate industry. His passion for property runs deep and stems from a desire to help people, his commitment to excellence in all that he does, along with his dedication to learn the personalised process of owning your own home.

Growing up in Darwin, Northern Territory, Daniel has developed an appreciation for fostering strong community relations, whether it be through his ongoing active involvement in local sport or many volunteering initiatives. During his childhood, Daniel visited Queensland on numerous occasions and fell in love with the Sunshine Coast and in particular, Mooloolaba's boutique and lively lifestyle.

Daniel’s previous experience in marketing, and involvement in national level cricket have instilled the values of hard work, discipline and a can-do attitude, enabling him to always provide an exceptional service, no matter a client’s needs. As a highly driven individual, Daniel is known for his tenacious and level-headed demeanour which he channels into every aspect of his life.

Beyond work, Daniel finds enjoyment in running alongside Mooloolaba’s pristine coastline and delving into books to better himself in an industry he is so passionate about.
